Infinite Warrior Yoga and Barre
Isidora Guzmán lives in Santiago de Chile with her two kids Salvador and Luciana.
In 2008 she graduated from the Universidad Academia de Humanismo Cristiano, known as Centro de Danza Espiral, obtaining her Dance Pedagogy and Performer degree. She was trained 5 years by renowned modern and contemporary dance masters such as Patricio Bunster, Raymond Hilbert, Jorge Olea, Carolina Bravo, Valentina Pavéz and Rodrigo Fernández among others.
In 2012 she graduated from the Simran Kaur Yoga School, as an Integral Yoga Instructor with Ayurvedic medicine mention. That same year, she started her path on teaching children Yoga following the “Childplay Yoga” method, by american master Gurudass Kaur Khalsa. This is how she began to teach children and young students.
Motivated by her first son’s cesarean birth, she began her voluntary journey as a Doula (birth attendant). After taking a course in 2013 with matrons Guadalupe Trueba and Pascale Pagola (DONA international) she voluntarily attended women in labor in a public hospital. She reborn with the birth of her second baby, in a respected and free labor, with her Yoga teacher by her side.
She then obtained her second 200 hours training as a Dynamic Hatha Yoga instructor at Mahatma Yoga Studio & YTT, certified by Yoga Alliance India. Then, along with her mentor Haris Lender decided to become a Kidding Around Yoga trainer, doing this in Argentina and Costa Rica with Mandy Lawson.
Isidora’s career, from 2008 to the present, has focused and developed on the education field, as a Dance, Ballet and Yoga Teacher, working in different schools, pre-schools and government programs, with childrens and teenagers from 2 to 18 years old.

Kidding Around Yoga with B4 Village
Kidding Around Yoga with B4 Village is taught by Karen Meade, RN, IBCLC, LCCE, CPST. After having first been exposed to yoga as a child in the 1970s who, while wearing her burnt orange leotard and tights, accompanied her mother to an upstairs neighbor's condo to practice yoga as instructed by someone on an LP record, Karen rediscovered yoga while pregnant with her second child. Prenatal yoga helped Karen have the unmedicated birth she desired, and after that she was hooked on yoga! As a Lamaze-certified childbirth educator, Karen has taught Hatha prenatal yoga as an adjunct to her childbirth education programs for nearly 5 years. Now Karen and B4 Village, the 501c3 nonprofit organization she co-founded in 2019, are thrilled to offer Kidding Around Yoga as one of B4 Village's multiple program offerings for young and growing families. Peace begins with Kidding Around Yoga!

Kidding Around Yoga with Daina
I love yoga, music and kids! Kidding Around Yoga so beautifully brings these elements together into an experience for kids that is not only fun, but is so beneficial for their growing minds and bodies. KAY also incorporates many of life’s most important lessons into their classes, such as kindness, empathy, mindfulness, loving ourselves and others, and so much more.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in violin performance and a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Music has always been a central part of my life and I have worked with children of all ages teaching violin and early childhood music classes. I also worked for several years as an occupational therapist in schools. Yoga has been a constant throughout all of my life’s journeys and I am so excited to now be a certified and licensed Kidding Around Yoga instructor! Currently I am an instructional aide in a K-12 charter school in Colorado Springs and have been sharing these incredible classes as a part of their SEL program.
As a mom of 2 boys, I see how valuable this program is for children’s physical and mental well-being. What they experience in Kidding Around Yoga will support them through life’s many challenges. I am so proud to be a KAY teacher and feel very strongly that this is something that can change the world, one peaceful child at a time!

Kidding Around Yoga with Eight Leos
Happy Day small Yogis! My name is Rachel and I am a 200-RYT and KAY certified yoga instructor. While enrolled in my 200-hour teacher training I started to share what I was learning with my two children and quickly learned how I talk with adults about yoga is different than how you talk to a 9 and 6-year-old. I wasn’t looking for kid’s yoga but KAY found me and instantly I was hooked. KAY training has given me the tools and training to share the yoga my adult mind and body loves with children meeting them where they are in there yoga journey.
I believe everybody can benefit from yoga and KAY offers, games, songs, stories, actives and more to help introduce your child to the benefits of yoga. I look forward to sharing my passion and knowledge of yoga with your children as we discover movement, songs, and stillness.

Kidding Around Yoga with Hayley
Hey there! I’m Hayley and I am so proud to be a Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) certified instructor and Licensee!
I had practiced Yoga before having kids and thoroughly enjoyed it, but after I had my children I lost focus and I stopped putting myself first. Having three boys under the age of four, and living in a small apartment increased my stress levels somewhat and I decided that I needed an outlet, and fast!
So, back to Yoga I went and wowee did I notice a difference! I was happier and not so highly strung plus so many other amazing benefits. Then I thought, how incredible would it be if I could get my boys involved somehow. How amazing would it be to give them the skills so that they could understand mindfulness and learn calming strategies.
That is when I came across Kidding Around Yoga. I was so impressed that I undertook my Kids Yoga certification so that I could not only help educate my own kids, but many other kids too! KAY is the perfect fit for me, kidding around and Yoga.
It’s no secret that I love kids, and during a Kidding Around Yoga class we have a whole lot of fun while learning ways to regulate our emotions through breathing exercises, meditation and mindfulness.
Boys and girls of all ages benefit from the KAY method that combines engaging Yoga poses, games, dancing, entertaining original music, kindness and gratitude – all providing an opportunity for kids to feel better throughout their mind and body.
KAY songs such as the ‘Yogi Shake’, ‘Every Little Cell’, and ‘Jogging Through the Jungle’, are just a few of a long list of songs that help with moving the body. Children are already apt to move, shake and soothe themselves. It’s a natural tendency for children to participate in these activities. It is as we grow into patterns and expectations that we, as adults, begin to lose our natural tendencies and gain restrictions on our body and mind.
Children learn through play. In fact, KAY is fabulous as it teaches Yoga as play, and as the kids play, they integrate the lessons, cutting through any stress or worries without making anything serious about it… This teaches the kids how to pick up this play activity in times of difficulty and help themselves to feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. Kids will start to see things from a different perspective and it really works!
When I am not teaching Yoga to kids, I’m working with family’s and alongside parents to help them create both thriving personal and family lives. I’m also currently undertaking various trainings to help further my Yoga education. I’m an Aussie and for the past six years I’ve been living in France, raising three young boys while my husband sees out his rugby career.

Kidding Around Yoga with Jen Deckman
Hi, I’m Miss Jen! In addition to being a certified KAY Teacher, I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher. Teaching yoga to children gives me so much joy. Kids today have a whole new set of challenges that can create stress, anxiety, even depression. Learning yoga at a young age can help them throughout their lifetime. I offer yoga lessons in an age-appropriate way. For younger children we sing, dance, breathe, meditate- all while having lots of fun. Then I tailor the curriculum as we move into the pre-tween/tween years and then finally for the teens, who have different needs and interests. I love sharing yoga with students of all ages!
Kidding Around Yoga with Jenn
Hello! I’m Jenn DiMiero. I’m a mom of four amazing kids, an Army wife and a 500hr RYT. For me, yoga has been a wonderful gift. It gave me an outlet for unwanted energy and a safe environment to learn who I really was while learning to quiet my mind and listen. This became a beautiful relationship with yoga that I’m still on today! I love goofing around, playing and creating with my little yogis and watching them blossom through the gift of yoga. We enjoy family hikes, adventures and learning new skills. Hopefully you can tell, kids, having fun, and going on adventures are my life!

Lisa’s gentle, warm and fun loving teaching style allows for the kids to build a strong foundation of emotional regulation, social thinking, and behaviour centred success.
Lisa loves to work with and inspire families with toddlers to teens to help them know their worth and value in this world and how they can create a world with more compassion, peace and love.
Kidding Around Yoga with Little Moon
After many years of being curious about the practice of yoga and meditation, Lisa sought out a class to manage the stress and overwhelm of becoming a newly qualified Primary School teacher in Scotland. She immediately felt connected to the practice and quickly felt the positive effects of learning how to be still and move mindfully in Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga classes.
Upon moving to Perth Australia in 2015, Lisa sought out a new ‘yoga home’ to help her to internally adjust to her new surroundings and fell in love with the strength of an Ashtanga Yoga practice and also discovered a contrasting love of restorative and meditation practices which she believes has been invaluable for her self-development and personal growth.
Recognising the power of the practice, Lisa began to incorporate aspects of yoga practices into primary school classrooms where she has taught children of ages 5-12 years old. She saw an increasing need to teach children tools to self-inquire and take a conscious pause in the busy schedule of the school day and beyond with many students experiencing anxiety, overwhelm and difficulties in self-regulation and emotional literacy. Many students would regularly ask for yoga and mindful moments throughout the day and particularly loved the practice of affirmation; many insightful discussions were started from using affirmation cards and short meditations, even at the lower Primary stage!
These small inclusions of yoga through the day were impacting her students and many parents responded that their children were bringing some of the teachings home with them too to pass onto their families.
Upon reflection of how the experience of yoga and mindfulness had impacted her and the students she taught so strongly, Lisa decided to undertake Hatha Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher training with a strong desire to share the experience of yoga with others. In order to deliver a yoga class specific to the needs of children, Lisa completed Kidding Around Yoga training and loves being part of the global KAY community; filled with people who share a common passion for creating happy and peaceful children! Her passion is yoga for young people, from toddlers to teens, and she believes wholeheartedly in the potential of yoga in nurturing happy, confident and compassionate future generations.
Lisa believes in the accessibility of KAY for allowing anyone who works or lives with young people to be able to deliver a confident, coherent, super fun class. So much so that she wants to share this training in Australia! In 2019 she began sharing her love of all things kid’s yoga and KAY to bring others onto this magical path!

Kidding Around Yoga with Sarah Bly
I have been a children’s art teacher for years, with only two intentions in mind each day: making kids smile, even on a crumby day and to remind them that they are in charge of where their art takes them, with the use of one very important tool: their imagination.
In the spring of 2016 I discovered Kidding Around Yoga, and took my training that summer. I have been hooked ever since, and my life has been so much richer since I have joined the KAY family.
When I discovered Kidding Around Yoga it was the perfect fit for me. Kidding around, and yoga!
In my classes, children are given the tools to deal with everyday stresses life brings, while learning that kindness is key. Children of all ages benefit from the KAY method with original music, games, and sensory play as well as other tools and activities to help children focus their minds and stretch their bodies, all while having loads of fun.
I received my 200 RYT from InBody Academy in the spring of 2019. Currently I am doing various trainings, and reading lots of books to further my education and focus in yoga and mindfulness with children. Right now I am having a lot of fun doing loose parts play in my classes. This makes me so happy, and the children learn a lot from this method.
Kidding Around Yoga With Sarah Violett
I am a mother of three. I have been working with kids for 15 years as a reading specialist. I started to notice how difficult it was for my students to sit still, and I noticed how difficult it was for me to sit still. Through my search for stillness, I found yoga. Through yoga, I found my strength(mentally and physically), I found my voice and I found my passion. I began teaching yoga to adults, while I love teaching adults; it fills my cup to work with kids. It is my desire to teach as many children in my community and the surrounding communities the tools to navigate this thing called life.
